What exactly is theHUB. and how does it work?

theHUB. is a community focused destination for remote working, hospitality and events. We are an innovative and collaborative venue, a space to create, work and play all year round. The venue has been specially designed to support the lifestyle concept of daily balance for enhanced productivity. 

theHUB. is a members only venue, you can hold a pass or a monthly membership to gain access. Our lifestyle concept supports our philosophy of balance. Throughout the day, spaces are dedicated to work, fitness, fuel and rest.

In the evenings and at weekends theHUB. is promoted as a social destination, with a dynamic and fun program of events for members. theHUB. is a members only venue, but at the weekends and special events we open to the island community. 

So, I have to be a member to come to theHUB?

Yes, during co-working hours 8am-8pm Mon-Friday, theHUB. is a members only venue. We have 2 types of product: Passes (no commitment) and Monthly Memberships (6/12month minimum term) . Our meeting and event spaces are also available to hire to members & non-members. And open the space to visitors for special events and at the weekends.

What is the difference between Passes and Monthly Memberships?

Passes are for tourists and travellers. These products are a one-off purchase and have no commitment. Memberships are for island residents and people that call Ibiza home.

What facilities are at theHUB?

Our 400 coworking capacity venue has 5 main work focused zones. All with ergonomic work stations, charging points and the fastest wifi on the island, with online tech support - plus all the office amenities you need. We have a range of conference rooms with Zoom technology and phonebooths for private calls. There are a range of communal areas for connection across the beautiful garden, terrace and rooftop (phone calls can be made in communal areas too!) fitnessHUB, yoga den and a range of event spaces. There is an onsite deli, garden bar and hospitality services.

What are the different types of monthly membership?

Monthly members can choose from; casual coworking (hotdesk), fixed desk options or a private office. All memberships work on a minimum term and include community and lifestyle benefits.

What are the different types of passes?

Pass members can choose from 1, 5, 30 day, 3 month and 6 month coworking (hotdesk) passes. We also have private office options for short term rental.
Lifestyle benefits are included in passes on a sliding scale.

Do you have event spaces at theHUB?

Yes! We have 5 event spaces at theHUB available for hire and a range of meeting rooms for smaller groups. theHUB is the perfect alternative setting for your event. Does theHUB offer accommodation options for remote working?

What are the opening times of theHUB?

theHUB is open all year round; Coworking hours; Monday - Friday 8am-8pm. On public holidays we operate reduced hours 9am-5pm and observe the Spanish calendar.

I want to join, but have some more questions. Can I just walk-in to theHUB?

We love to meet new prospective members and can't wait to show you theHUB. You can always drop in and see the team however, if you want to apply for a monthly membership its always good to schedule a time in advance. The best way to apply for membership or make a general enquiry is via the contact page. If you want to purchase a pass, this can be done on the day - without appointment.

I’ve filled out the contact form to apply for a monthly membership and am waiting for someone to call me. I know it can take up to 24hrs, but I really want to start working at theHUB. Asap. What can I do?

We love your enthusiasm! Membership applications are processed twice per week. If you need to work on the day of application or ahead of the 24hrs call back, you are most welcome to buy a 1 day or 5 day pass product.

I'm not a member, but I want to book a meeting room for the day. How do I do this?

What is the minimum term for membership?

The minimum term for coworking memberships is 6 months. If you’re looking for something more casual, we have 30 day, 5 day and 1 day passes.

Can I share my seat with someone?

yourHUB membership is exclusive to you only. There is the option to create a team that has members, but individual memberships are not available to share.


Can I pause my membership?

Due to high demand, there isn't the option to pause memberships. The only option is to cancel, which is a bit of a risk to cancel as we cant hold places and you may have to join the waiting list.

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancellations must be made in writing to reception@thehubibiza.com and acknowledged by the team to qualify. All membership tiers have a specific notice period for cancellation and will only be accepted after the specific contract term. Cancellation requests outside of this policy will not be accepted and the member will be liable for billing until the end of their contract term.


Can I upgrade plan?

Movements are available, based on availability. If you want to upgrade your membership please email reception@thehubibiza.com


Can I pay with cash for monthly memberships?

theHUB. operates a card payment system, which automatically charges every 30 days. For this reason, we do not accept cash for monthly memberships. You can use cash for pass products.

Can I pay with cash for resources and products?

Absolutely! The team can process this for you at reception.

I'm in another country, do I still need to pay IVA?

IVA is due to be paid on all purchases, wherever your location. This amount is shown on all invoices. For more info please email: reception@thehubibiza.com

Where can I view my member benefits including; fitness classes and member events?
We have a trusty HUB app and all members have access to the portal. Here you can view your profile, billing, bookings, benefits, events and connect with theHUB community.
