Position: F&B Supervisor (Bellavita Café)
Location: Ibiza

Bellavita Café, nestled within theHUB Ibiza, is seeking an experienced and passionate F&B Supervisor to lead our team and create memorable experiences for every guest. If you’re a natural leader with a flair for hospitality and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-growing café setting, this is the perfect role for you.

Job Description:

  • Job Title: F&B Supervisor

  • Hours per Week: 40 hours, Monday to Friday

  • Shifts: 8-hour shifts between 8:00 and 18:30

  • Language: Required proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Salary: €1800 per month

  • Employment Type: Full-time, all year-round contract

  • Extra’s: Additional compensation for events hosted at the venue

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the service team, ensuring top-quality service for every guest

  • Oversee daily café operations, including staff scheduling, stock management, and customer relations

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of house

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional guest experience

  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and team morale, making Bellavita Café an even better place to work and visit

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or a related field

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team

  • A positive, problem-solving attitude with excellent communication skills

  • Ability to handle busy shifts while maintaining high service standards

  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
