COVID-19 Tier 4 FAQs

On the 13th January, Ibiza will move to level 4 of the protection measures for the Balearics. Read our FAQs on how this affects theHUB. During this 2-week period we have taken the decision to close the CoWorking aspect of the venue, only fixed desks and private offices will operate.


Membership Plans

All Passes & Silver memberships will pause, no payments will be taken and we are working out a credit system for when we reopen. HUB1 will now offer 8 Gold fixed desk memberships available to those Silver members who require a place to work throughout these new regulations. A Gold membership is priced at €250 + IVA and places are available through application to reception@thehubibiza.com

Access


All main entrances will be closed, fixed desk members will be provided an access code to come onto site via the side entrance.
The post policy will remain, please come to the side entrance for collection at the times below.

Communication

theHUB WhatsApp group will now be used to broadcast information messages from theHUB. team only. We are currently developing a new communications system for our members, coming soon.

We’d like to ask that you kindly avoid sending messages to individual members of theHUB. team, to avoid miscommunication. 

theHUB. Cafe

The cafe will be temporarily closed.


Postal Address Policy

Using theHUB. as a postal address is a benefit for active members only.
Post addressed to non-active members will not be accepted on delivery.
Please do not use theHUB. address if your membership has expired.
*Previous member packages will be accepted until 15.01.21.

theHUB. Post Room is now a locked facility in HUB2, opposite the kitchen.
Post collection times: 12.30-1pm and 3.30-4pm. Mon-Fri
For health & safety reasons, members of theHUB. team cannot assist in the carrying of large items. If you are expecting a large delivery, please arrange your own support for collection.

Please respect these new terms and guidelines for receiving post at theHUB. More details around additional postal services will be available in the coming weeks.


Fitness HUB & Events

Because of the current measures of protection against COVID-19 in Tier 4, we have postponed fitnessHUB classes and events until further notice.
